Without we realize along with the increasing age of our brain function decreases. Plus mind factors, stress, and reduced memory power.Brain also need to be given nutrition and training to keep them fresh and working with normal.There several ways to train the brain such as:
1.Train left brain
Left-brain functions to control the logic, language, and the count ability.To make it run at full capacity, try to discover a new language, or play the puzzle, like Sudoku or puzzle games. 
2.Exercising the right brain
The right brain functions in order to stay sharp build creativity. Maintain with learning music, learning something new or try to find a new hobby.Bahkan sang in the choir can also help.
3.Coaching whole brain
Do relaxation activity that serves to reduce stress such as yoga. Besides reduce stress and can also reduce restlessness.With this way can help control the brain centers to continue to feel happy and excited.
4.Practice memory capabilities
Remember when you were small? Easily you remember everything, even learning to memorize the names of Ministers and Presiden. Your brain will flourish when you practice the skills of recall.
5.Active in social activities

6.Vacation
